Installation


If you commit yourself to one of our products we usually will install the product for you, because here also experience is everything. You need to take into account how the network structure in your company looks like. Are there existing database servers which should be used? Do you want to use a central configuration for all your projects or does each project has its own set of configuration files.
 
Very often we add customization and custom specific software we developed for you during the installation process.

 

Support


Support in general means to deliver answers to your questions.

To deliver the support you need we have Update- & Hotline Services for the individual products.

If you sign a Hotline contract you can get in touch with us by phone or email. We also are able to help you by means for remote access (GoToMeeting). This allows you to watch what our supporter is doing on your screen or you can watch what the supporter shows you on his screen. He also can watch what you are doing if you can't get on with an issue you have.
