To speed up things Training courses enable you to not only use the products we deliver in a fast and effective way, but to use them correctly too.
We deliver training courses to all our products. It doesn't matter whether these product or developed by our self or if we are merely reselling them.
Our staff not only knows the products, but also know what they are talking about. We understand each other ;-)
Before we even start with a training course we check what knowledge do you have. With that we avoid that you get bored or that we run to fast through the course. Besides the previous knowledge your requirements and wishes are important too. If we recognize any special requirements in our preliminary talks, we will adapt the course according to these requirements.
An important factor for the training course is the number of participants. In general we limit the courses to 5 persons.
Usually we divide the training in two sections. After an initial training course we recommend an refreshment course after 2 - 4 weeks were the fine tuning begins. In these 2 - 4 weeks you get familiar with the products and new additional questions show up for which you want to get answers.
